OPES Online Application (Updated April 19th 2024)


Application Period : June 6th to July 5th 2024 (applications must be submitted no later than 4:00 pm JST).


To Evaluators:
Please upload the completed GPES official evaluation form (with your signature) to the following link for evaluators:

To Applicants:
Please register your application information using the Online Registration System (link below) and obtain your Application Registration Form. Next, please upload your application documents and the Application Registration Form to the appropriate link below (Masters or Phd course) during the application period.


Note that each link for applicants will be accessible only during the application period.


Applications will only be considered valid if they are uploaded no later than 4:00 pm on July 5th, 2024 (JST).


The GPEAK Admissions Office is not responsible for any system malfunction caused by applicants' computers.

Note: Please do NOT upload the application documents more than once. If you upload several times, your application may not be accepted successfully. If you submit your documents and discover you have made a mistake, please contact the GPEAK admissions office directly.

[Registration Ticket] (From August 1st to October 31st)
Please obtain your registration ticket, including your application number, from August 1st (Thu) to October 31st (Thu), by using the Online Registration System.
